2.2 Take-Out & Delivery

For take-out and delivery orders, you agree that:

  • Orders are processed through our website, mobile app, or by calling the restaurant directly.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory issues, inaccurate pricing, or violations of our policies.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

3.1 Making Reservations

  • Reservations are recommended for peak times and large parties. You can make reservations through our website, by phone, or via third-party booking platforms.
  • Please arrive promptly at your reservation time. We will hold your table for a grace period of 15 minutes. After that, your reservation may be forfeited.

3.2 Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • We kindly request that any reservation changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Our catering menu is available for both on-site and off-site events. Final guest counts and menu selections must be provided at least2 weeks in advance of the event date.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services engaged by the customer for catering orders.
