Flat Rate Booking Fee:

Flat Rate Fee includes a 4 hour booking for the garage . Additional time is available for $100 per hour 

• November - March: $200 
• April - October: $300  (Additional $50 to open up and access the back patio)

Food Options

• Service is available for parties under 20
• Any parties over 20 people (also available for parties below 20 people) are Buffet Style Only
  • Buffet is priced food order per person (quantities of menu items)
  • Large party food/beverage discount to be discussed with manager

Bar Options

1. Open Bar/Tab: Host or an individual pays for the closing bar tab
2. Cash Bar: Allow the individual guests to pay for themselves

• 2 keg (taps) options available (Pay per glass - to be discounted and discussed with manager)
• 2 priced reduced cocktails to be served in large quantities (made and served in a special custom keg)

Let manager know if you want large quantities of certain bottle or canned beer ahead of time (see our beer menu)

Prices will vary and be talked about with our manager when booking (depend on exact alcohol requested)

18% Gratuity Added to Bill at Close

Due to health and safety regulations, all outside food and beverages need to be approved by our manager

We allow decorating for events and parties, however confetti is strictly prohibited and subject to a $50 clean up fee
